Established, successful manufacturer is adding a Financial Analyst to their team. The Financial Analyst will report to the Accounting Manager and will perform finance and accounting functions for a multi-site organization. In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:
This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment that offers the opportunity to be diverse in accounting responsibilities. This position does require candidates to be able to work in cross-functional teams, be upbeat and energetic about job responsibilities, able to handle multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced work environment and take ownership of projects and tasks. The client wants you to ask questions! Candidates should be able to communicate at all levels. Travel is less than 5% in this role and not common. This is a salaried position with VERY AFFORDABLE medical, dental, vision and 401K day one of employment, tuition reimbursement, vacation, holiday, short and long-term disability and much more!
REQUIREMENTS for the Manufacturing Financial Analyst:
1. Bachelorβs degree in a related field, ideally Finance
2. Minimum of related co-ops or internships
3. Experience performing similar finance and/or accounting functions in manufacturing and/or distribution environments
4. Experience working within ERP and/or WMS systems
5. Experience with reporting and/or dashboard tools, such as Cognos, Power BI, Python and/or Tableau
6. Experience completing reconciliation
7. Experience supporting month and year-end closing
8. Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Skills preferred but NOT required:
1. Experience performing accounting functions for multiple locations
2. Budgeting and forecasting experience
3. Cost accounting experience
4. SQL report writing
5. Exposure to multicultural environments
6. Bilingual
7. Depreciation and/or fixed asset experience

Established, successful manufacturer is adding a Financial Analyst to their team. The Financial Analyst will report to the Accounting Manager and will perform finance and accounting functions for a multi-site organization. In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Assisting with month-end and year-end activities for three sites
- Understanding, completing and analyzing financial statements
- Spending the majority of the time on data analysis and variable fixed reporting for multiple sites
- Completing financial analysis and reconciliation
- Supporting and assisting team members with budgeting and forecasting functions
- Performing cash management responsibilities, including billing, reconciliation, A/R analysis, facilitating wire payments, etc.
- Completing reporting within the ERP system and utilize reporting and dashboard tools to streamline the process
- Managing cash collections as needed
- Partnering with manufacturing and accounting teams to complete time sensitive accounting related projects
- Working to improve processes within the accounting team
- Other accounting duties as requested by management
