Quality Manager

Job description:

What Youll Do:

Lead process improvements and implement key quality metrics
Oversee Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
Enhance process and product capability to improve performance indicators
Serve as the primary contact for customer and supplier quality issues
Manage internal and external quality audits (ISO 9001 compliance)
Provide Six Sigma project support and problem-solving expertise
Train and mentor a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

Education: Bachelors in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fieldExperience: 7-10 years in manufacturing quality managementKnowledge: ISO 9001, automotive quality standards, Six Sigma (CQE/Black Belt a plus)Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, plus proficiency in Minitab & Access
