Job description:

Well respected Consumer Goods manufacturer seeks a passionate, highly engaged Plant Human Resources Manager for one of their key facilities.

As HR Manager, you will be a critical member of the leadership team and a strong business partner, working with leadership to enhance culture and employee engagement for their approx. 350 employees.

Reporting to the Senior Director of HR, you will manage 3 direct reports all areas of HR including employee relations, labor relations, recruiting, training, EEO/AAP, benefits, compensation, and continuous improvement.

This is a highly visible role that has both strategic and tactical components.

Location: Macon, MO. Relocation offered

Compensation: Pay Range:$90,000-$117,000 + 10% Bonus +9% 40k match + excellent relocation + outstanding benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 5+ yrs related HR experience in manufacturing.
  • 5+ yrs supervisory/management experience in a production plant
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and peers.
