Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
- Minimum of one year of experience in home health as a Physical Therapist.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.

- Current CPR certification.
- Valid drivers license with the ability to travel to various locations.
