EP Technologist (Electrophysiology Tech)

Job Summary

Under general supervision, makes preparation, operates equipment and assists physicians in performing electrophysiology procedures and other duties as assigned. Recognizes the purpose of employment is to prioritize the patient as number one, and to put forth the utmost quality as a Technologist. Perform examinations on patients of various ages from Adult to geriatric.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of recent acute care EP Tech experience required!
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Associate Degree
  • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or Registered Radiographer (ARRT) with a Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
