Litigation&CourtRepresentation:
Draftlegaldocuments(complaints,motions,&discoveryrequests).
Representclientsincourtproceedings,includinghearings,trials,anddepositions.
Presentarguments,questionwitnesses,andadvocateonbehalfofclients.
ClientCommunication&CaseManagement:
Keepclientsinformedaboutcaseprogressandlegalstrategies.
Managemultiplecasessimultaneouslywhiledeadlinesaremet.

Qualifications:

Education&Licensing:
JurisDoctor(J.D.)degreefromanaccreditedlawschool.
LicensedtopracticelawintherelevantstateofNewYork
Experienceinpersonalinjurylawpreferred.(Plaintiffsideonly)
