Senior Associate Attorney - Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation- Location: St. Louis, MO;
- Compensation: $200k+ (based on experience, location, expertise)

Qualifications:
Responsibilities:* Advise on ERISA, fiduciary duties, and IRC (409A, 280G).
* Draft/review executive compensation agreements.
* Conduct due diligence for M&A transactions.
* Perform legal research and analysis.
* Use legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
* 3-6 years of experience in employee benefits/executive compensation law.
* Expertise in ERISA and IRC.
* M&A due diligence experience.
* Strong communication skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient with legal databases and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to manage priorities and work in a team.
