Job description:

We are looking for a candidate with excellent academic credentials and experience in a large regional, national, or international law firm is preferred. The firm possesses a collegial atmosphere and provides its professionals with opportunities for accelerated professional growth and advancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent clients in commercial landlord-tenant disputes.
  • Handle all aspects of commercial foreclosure litigation.
  • Manage other real estate litigation matters.
  • Engage in motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), and courtroom proceedings.
  • Prepare and serve predicate notices and court pleadings.
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions.
  • Adhere to proper NY citation formatting.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 to 3 years of commercial litigation experience.
  • Commercial landlord-tenant litigation experience.
    Experience or willingness to learn commercial foreclosure litigation practice.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
