We are seeking an experienced Tax Senior/Supervisor to manage tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, S corporations, partnerships, and fiduciary accounts. This role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns, identifying tax planning opportunities, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, S corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts.
- Oversee fiduciary accountings for estates and trusts.
- Identify and communicate estate and income tax planning opportunities.
- Conduct tax research and communicate findings to clients and team members.
- Respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries.
- Manage client relationships and oversee engagements from start to finish.
- Supervise and mentor staff, supporting their professional development.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting; CPA required.
- 5+ years of recent tax experience in a public accounting firm.
- Experience with estate, gift, and trust taxation.
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance and reporting.
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
