What Youll Do

  • Lead the wealth management division, developing and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Expand regional presence by collaborating with bank branches, commercial lenders, and CLOs.
  • Develop and implement programs to drive internal referrals.
  • Work closely with the Trust Committee and external investment managers to oversee investment strategies.
  • Strengthen compliance measures to meet heightened regulatory expectations, particularly in MRB-related areas.
  • Serve as a visible community representative, fostering relationships and driving new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

What Were Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, trust, or related financial services.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and overseeing P&L.
  • Experience in oil & gas trust accounting (minimum three years).
  • A track record of introducing new products or innovative processes in wealth management.
  • Experience developing referral programs within a banking environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the trust and wealth management space.
