Escape to paradise with an exciting Emergency Medicine NP (Nurse Practitioner) or PA (Physician Assistant) position in the stunning Florida Keys. Key Responsibilities:

Independently assess, diagnose, and treat patients in emergency settings
Provide high-quality care while managing patient flow effectively
Work across two hospitals using Cerner EMR

Qualifications:

Education: NP or PA program graduate with an active Florida license (or eligibility)
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS are required
Experience: Emergency medicine experience preferred

Qualifications:

Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred):
Education: Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
Licenses: Active Florida NP/PA license or eligibility
Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS (All Required)
Experience: Emergency medicine experience preferred
Personality Factors: Collaborative, flexible, and able to thrive in small, fast-paced ED settings
