    Job Summary:

    • The Nurse Practitioner provides advance practice nursing care to patients, families and the community through assessment, planning, prescribing and evaluation interventions. A Nurse Practitioner is a member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team who demonstrates professionalism and leadership within the institution. The Nurse Practitioner exemplifies the mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored care plans

    Prescribe and evaluate interventions for patients and families

    Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

    Demonstrate leadership and professionalism within the institution

    Uphold the mission, vision, and values in all aspects of work

    Adhere to all policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    New York State licensed and registered Nurse Practitioner

    NPI number and Medicare Enrollment (or eligibility within 6 months of hire)

    National Certification through AANP or ANCC

    Master's Degree in Nursing

    Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Commitment to ongoing professional development

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Prior experience in Occupational Medicine, Musculoskeletal, or Orthopedic care

    Qualifications:
