Compensation Highlights:

W2: $250/hr + $10/hr quality bonus (annualized earnings of $540K+) with comprehensive benefits and a $50K sign-on bonus.

Duties and Requirements:

Deliver emergency care in a 14,000-volume ER.
Perform procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, and critical care.
Manage trauma cases and diverse patient populations.
ACLS, PALS, ATLS certifications required.

Qualifications:

Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred):
Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of emergency medicine experience with extensive trauma exposure.
Specialized Experience: FM/IM candidates with ED experience, including trauma logs, accepted; ABEM preferred.
Prior Duties: Emergency care, including management of trauma and acute care cases.
Education: Board-certified/board-eligible in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine.
Licenses: Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License.
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS required.
Personality Factors: Team-oriented, skilled communicator, and confident in high-stress situations.
Systems Used: Meditech EHR.
Ideal Candidate Features: Comfortable with all ages, procedures, and trauma cases.
