Job Description
- Handle commercial litigation and consumer collection litigation cases from start to finish, including trial when necessary.
- Manage a high-volume practice with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Travel to courthouses throughout PA and NJ as needed.
- Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and handle discovery processes.
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategies and provide legal counseling.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial and consumer collection litigation.
- Bankruptcy litigation experience is highly desirable.
- Licensed to practice in both PA and NJ; PA litigation experience is required.
- Exceptional research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage a heavy caseload.
