Job Description
- Draft and revise legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage attorney calendars and coordinate schedules.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing and maintaining records.
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients.
- Perform other legal and administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of legal experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
