Job description:

Engineering & Maintenance Technician I Hands-On Role with Career Growth Potential

What Youll Do:

Lead corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime
Manage spare parts inventory and contribute to ongoing efficiency improvements
Diagnose issues, troubleshoot PLC code, and handle repairs to sustain and enhance equipment performance
Support the design, testing, and installation of custom automation, working closely with internal teams and external vendors

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

Associates degree in Electro-Mechanical, Controls, or Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent experience
5+ years in automated manufacturing maintenance, with hands-on expertise in mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including PLCs and robotics (Allen-Bradley/RSLogix experience preferred)
Practical machine-shop skills are a plus, with experience in machining or fabrication
Proficiency in reading technical schematics and a solid understanding of safety protocols like Lockout/Tagout
