Note: This is a hybrid position requiring attorneys to be on-site 2-3 days a week at either the Irvine, San Diego, or San Francisco office.

Job Description
  • Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases.
  • Manage cases from start to finish, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, and motions.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Collaborate with a team and work independently on fast-paced projects.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of employment litigation experience
  • Strong experience in wage and hour litigation, including class/collective actions.
  • Admitted to practice in California.
  • Excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
