Job Description:
- Manage all stages of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources, emphasizing value engineering.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on job sites.
- Conduct contract negotiations and define project scopes.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and team members.
- Utilize construction software (Procore, Microsoft Project) for project tracking and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of project management experience in residential wood-frame construction.
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction management tools.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills.
