Rate: $110,000-$120,000.

Job Title: Mid-Level Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Architect with 5+ years of experience designing and overseeing facility construction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects, focusing on creating innovative and functional spaces that meet the unique requirements of medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the design process formedical buildings, including hospitals, clinics, and medical offices, from concept through construction.

- Lead and manage the design process formulti-family structures

- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to develop comprehensive design solutions that meet the specific needs of healthcare environments and multi-family structures.

- Conduct site evaluations and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

- Provide expertise in building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

- Utilize advanced architectural software to create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models for medical buildings.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

-Professional licensure as an architect in GA.

- 5+ years of architectural design experience, with a focus on medical buildings and multi-family is required.

- A strong understanding of V.A. (Veterans Affairs) guidelines and experience working on V.A. projects are significant advantages.

- Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Salaryis based on experience and will fall in line with industry standards ranging between $110,000-$120,000.

Qualifications:

Must have Qualifications:

Minimum 6-7 years of architectural design experience, with a focus on medical buildings and multi-family is required.

Professional licensure as an architect in GA.

Civil 3D experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Lead and manage the design process

Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

A strong understanding of V.A. (Veterans Affairs) guidelines and experience working on V.A.
