They are seeking a mid-level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their growing Charlotte office.
Job Description
- Assist with a wide range of commercial real estate tasks, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures.
- Structure, negotiate, and draft documentation for commercial real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on various high-profile projects locally and nationally.
- Maintain strong client communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Admitted to the North Carolina State Bar.
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
