We're seeking a skilled Team Leader to oversee quality, production, and safety on shift at our client's Royalton, Vermont facility. This employer is 20 minutes North of White River Junction, off 89. Hiring for B and C ShiftsThese are 12 hr shifts... 3 days one week, then 4 days the following week. This results in 8 hours of overtime, paid at 1.5!
B Shift = Sun-Tues and every other Wed 6PM-6AM
C Shift = Thurs-Sat and every other Wed 6AM-6PM
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in plastic injection molding production management
- Strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment
- Familiarity with raw materials handling and processing in plastic manufacturing
- Experience with 5S methodology and lean manufacturing principles
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
