Word Processing Specialist

Our client, a leading law firm on Long Island is seeking aWord
Processing Specialistwith heavy litigation experience. Proficient in
Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Straight Type and Edits
  • Use of Firm Macros
  • Pleading Preparation
  • Conversion of Documents from PDF to Word
  • Extensive formatting using Heading Styles
  • Inserting TOC and TOA (Litera-Best Authority)
  • Winscribe Transcription
  • Creating and Editing Spreadsheets
  • Creating and Editing PowerPoint Presentations




Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm
  • Litigation experience
  • Law firm experience is a MUST
  • Knowledge of Kofax PDF Functions
  • Knowledge of NetDocs a must
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Excel Spreadsheets
