We're seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our esteemed inpatient rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Occupational Therapists (OTRs) to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans Execute therapy activities tailored to patient needs and capabilities
Assist patients with daily living activities and teach use of adaptive equipment
Monitor and encourage patient progress during therapy sessions
Provide supervision to ensure proper execution of patient activities
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and outcomes
Communicate patient progress to the supervising OTR/L

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Pennsylvania OTA license
Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting desired
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in rehabilitation software and documentation
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Needs Pennsylvania occupational therapy assistant license however, if they have out of state license we can get transferred to PA.
