Job description:
Our client, a globally recognized leader in Private Equity, is seeking a highly qualified mid-level to senior associate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join their award-winning Private Equity Group. This position offers an opportunity to work with one of the top-ranked PE practices, known for executing more buyouts and growth equity deals than any other firm globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and execute a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Leveraged recapitalizations
- Growth equity and venture capital transactions
- Exits and equity compensation
- Work independently on transaction components while collaborating effectively within larger deal teams.
- Maintain and foster strong relationships with internal and external clients and counsel.
Qualifications:
Key Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a top-tier law firms Corporate or Private Equity practice.
- Proven ability to independently manage components of complex transactions.
- Experience working on a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters.
- Proactive mindset, with a strong business sense and attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
- Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
- Comparable experience in a leading Big Law firm.
