Senior Project Engineer

As the new Sr. Project Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency in one of their largest production facilities. This hands-on role offers an exciting opportunity to:

Spearhead multiple high-impact capital projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Directly report to the Plant Engineering Manager, influencing key decisions.
Apply your expertise to shape the future of our manufacturing processes.

Compensation:$100K - $130K + 10% bonus + 9% 401K match + outstanding relocation.

Location:Janesville, WI. Excellent relocation is offered.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional project teams, coordinating with Operations, Production, Finance, etc.
Manage relationships with external partners.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards
Oversee project planning, reporting, and financial forecasting
Travel as needed to manufacturing sites, suppliers, and other project-related locations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
3+ years of Project Management experience.
3+ years food or beverage manufacturing experience.
Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment.
Travel up to 15% domestic.
