Overview:
As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and commissioning low, medium, and high-voltage electrical systems. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure top-notch service delivery and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and engineering assistance to clients.
- Collaborate with teams to develop efficient SCADA controls designs.
- Assist in BMS (Building Management Systems) system deployments and PLC code development.
- Validate system sequences of operation and perform commissioning support.
- Write detailed reports and implement QA procedures for quality control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5 years of field experience.
- Experience with Rockwell, Tridium, Schneider Electric, Siemens, and Ignition systems.
- Strong knowledge of communication protocols and mechanical/electrical systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Flexibility to work in various environments (cold, hot, noisy, etc.)
