What they’re looking for:
•BSN or Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and current Ohio RN License.
•Five (5) years of experience in AOD services or allied profession.
•Two (2) years of experience in a leadership role.
Hours and compensation potential:
•The position is full-time.
•The range is between $35.98hr–$53.21hr depending on experience.
•Full benefits package included.
What you’ll be doing:
•Twenty-four hour accountability for the management of Behavioral Health programming, including therapies, psychiatric social work, partial hospitalization program, psychologist, teachers, the Recovery Center, and court diversion.
•Responsible for management functions, planning, organizing, staffing, scheduling, directing, evaluating, monitoring and reporting.
•Participates in and supports organizational/departmental PDCA activities.
•Maintains open communication with physicians.
•Conducts and participates in department meetings on a scheduled basis.
•Investigates accidents/incidents in an effort to prevent future occurrences.
•Changes policy/procedures to ensure they are in line with any new regulations.
•Serves on the CISM team for hospital/ community.
•Monitors and reports to State Department of Mental Health/ODADAS any MUI's.
•With appropriate licensure, certification, registration, functions as social worker, therapist, and/or chemical dependency counselor.
•Manager for the Recovery Center fulfills the duties as required by ODADAS Standards, including the overall responsibility for day-to-day operation. (ODADAS DIP Standards 3793:4-1-02 (O) (2) (a-g)) including:
-Overseeing the day to day operations of the DIP; Developing/implementing the policies/procedures of DIP; Developing/revising DIP education curriculum as necessary; Preparing annual plan for operation of DIP; Implementing DIP quality assurance/improvement activities/findings; and Ensuring DIP is operating in accordance with ODADAS’ DIP certification standards.
