Position: Business Head (ISV Services / Technology Sector)
Position Overview:
We are searching for an experienced Business Head to lead our ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partnerships within the technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning, particularly focusing on ISV collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in ISV partnerships within the technology sector.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with key industry leaders and ISVs.
- Expand and nurture a broad network of industry contacts to enhance strategic positioning and create new avenues for partnership.
- Lead our sales team in developing and implementing effective strategies to exceed revenue targets and foster successful ISV collaborations.
- Foster collaboration across various teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and support to our ISV partners.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity to anticipate changes and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Manage the development and delivery of persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts to attract and onboard new ISV partners.
- Analyze performance metrics and data to continuously refine strategies and provide actionable insights to executive management.
- Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and strengthen ISV partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 15 years of total experience with at least 10 years of domain experience in the US geography with a focus on ISV partnerships within the technology sector.
- A successful track record of selling engineering services in ISV domain for the past 10 years.
- Should have handled a portfolio of around US $50M in product engineering services.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and expanding partnership networks.
- In-depth knowledge of the ISV domain within the technology sector, including key competitors and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with a keen ability to plan, execute, and achieve business objectives.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet business needs and engage with ISV partners and industry stakeholders.
