Director-Industrial Sales-Southeast Wisconsin
Responsible for planning, directing, monitoring, and expanding the Southeast Industrial sales efforts for the business. Drive the development of sales plans and marketing programs with a goal of maximizing sales growth while growing profitability. Supervise sales, product management and customer service personnel. Currently 6 team personnel with plans for expanding the team
Requirements:
Degree, Advanced degree preferred
10 years in Industrial sector sales with manufacturer or distributor
Experienced in go-to-market through distribution
Demonstrated sales leadership experience
Process control products, automation, electrical and electronics experience
