FOOD EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Our client, a highly respected food manufacturer based about an hour west of Boston (relo will be provided) is seeking a Director of Engineering who will
- be is responsible for the management of all Operational capital across all locations
- lead the development of the annual and three-year capital plans
- provide engineering support and expertise to the operations and maintenance teams as needed.
- have complete supervisory experience over the Corporate Engineering team.
Requirements:
- Engineering Degree
- 7+ years of experience in food manufacturing. Liquid batching processing preferred.
- Prefer experience in flour milling, dry mix manufacturing, fresh and frozen bakery and sweet good products.
- Must have the ability to travel regularly to all facilities in North America. Up to 40% travel.
- Excellent communication, coaching and Project Management skills.
- Must have a hands-on work ethic along with the ability to think strategically about capital projects and the alignment with business objectives and strategy.
