About the Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity for an engineer seeking to transition into a leadership role. In this role you will lead small teams of production operators in achieving daily and long-term goals. You will facilitate regular team meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment, develop and implement training programs to enhance personnel skills and knowledge, analyze and troubleshoot production issues to identify and implement solutions, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineer
- 1-5 year of experience out of any manufacturing including foods, packaging, chemicals, molding or a mechanical assembly process.
- Person must show they are comfortable working with plant people and leadership skills
