Title: Toolmaker

Are you a skilled machinist with a passion for precision manufacturing? We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Toolmaker to join our team. As a Toolmaker, you will play a crucial role in fabricating tooling, fixtures, and complex assemblies with tight tolerances. If you have a strong background in machining and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Operate and program CNC machines and other equipment to fabricate tooling, fixtures, and complex assemblies.
Work with various departments to meet their tooling requirements.
Run or set up machines for production or R&D assignments as needed.

Skills and Experience:

5 or more years of experience as a machinist manufacturing complex parts.
Prior experience as a Toolmaker is required.
CNC programming experience using Gibbs Cam is required.
Ability to set up and run CNC lathes and mills.
Programming experience for 4 and 5 axis parts is preferred.
Experience with fixture design and manufacture is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Advanced math skills.
