Maintenance Manager - Chemical


Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering with at minimum (5) years of experience working as an engineer, supervisor and/or planner in an industrial chemical or refinery setting.  Previous people supervision preferred. 

Newly created position due to a plant expansion - this new plant has a large footprint with maintenance and I&E team reporting into the role.  This position is accountable for providing technical/maintenance supervision support to maintenance supervisors, I&E supervisors and maintenance planners for a chemical production plant and large storage warehouse. The role reports to the Complex Maintenance Manager.  Ability to bring new ideas to the team and change management is highly desired.  Ideal candidate will understand reliability principles and have knowledge of rotating equipment, fixed equipment and experience in an engineering field.
