Job description:
Lab Tech - Chemicals
- Perform wet chemistry operations with good analytical technique
- Weigh and measure specific quantities of varying types of ingredients
- Mix ingredients in proper sequence and proportions following processing instructions
- Document observations and operation conditions of lab process equipment
- Maintain detailed logs of all work-related activities
- Observe safety precautions and follow safety policies and procedures
- Run samples on laboratory equipment
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of of laboratory experience
- Ability to operate and care for laboratory analytical instruments
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work on and resolve issues with equipment
- Good communication skills
